While the mediation process works the same no matter the service, we have designed flexible packages to meet your specific circumstances.
Every first-time mediation requires an “Initial Session” and we recommend also purchasing a second hour for the first time you mediate. You will find this the most effective in accomplishing your goals.
Initial Mediation
$250 - 1 Hour
We’ll go over the process for mediation, you’ll be able to express your goals, and we’ll brainstorm on a custody schedule and how to handle expenses.
Follow-Up Mediation
$200 - 1 Hour
$100 - 30 Minutes
Return to mediation at any time! We have 30 minute and 60 minute packages depending on the sticking point between you and your Ex.
Text/Email Mediation
$65 - 25 Texts or
10 Emails
Suitable for any point of your separation, we mediate for you via text or email. You won’t be able to reach a comprehensive agreement but this helps you moving forward and negotiate last minute problems that may arise.
Written Agreement
$200
Get your agreement in a format ready to file with the Court. Make your custody and financial agreement an enforceable contract.

We’ll send your Ex an introductory email explaining who we are and what we do and how our services are going to benefit everyone.
Next, we’ll send a calendar link to both parties to be able to schedule a mutually agreeable time. We’ll make sure the right amount of time is blocked off and everyone understands all fees up front.

Unless otherwise agreed upon, you’ll both receive a link to pay for one half of the total mediation services. Payment must be received before the mediation may begin.
You may reschedule your mediation without penalty if it is at least 8 hours in advance of your scheduled time.
